You can book an appointment directly at our clinic or via our official booking partner, Treatwell.
Links provided on this website may redirect you to Treatwell for online bookings.
Any bookings made via Treatwell are subject to Treatwell’s own terms and conditions.

3. Consultation Deposit Policy

A deposit of £30 is required to secure all consultation bookings. This policy applies to consultations only.

How to Pay

The deposit can be paid at the time of booking via phone call, email, or the relevant booking platform.

Refund Conditions

No-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: the deposit is non-refundable.
If the consultation takes place as booked: the £30 deposit will be fully refunded or deducted from any treatment package purchased.

4. Payments

No payments are collected through this website.
All payments for treatments must be made at the clinic or through the Treatwell platform.
Pricing shown on the website is for information purposes only and may be subject to change.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the terms set out during the booking process, either in-person or via Treatwell.
For Treatwell bookings, please refer to their cancellation policy.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Before any treatment, a consultation will be carried out to assess suitability.
It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
